SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cdc42bpa (CDC42 binding protein kinase alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cdc42bpa qPCR Primer Set – CDC42 binding protein kinase alpha
Also known as: Mrck, Pk428
About this gene: Cdc42bpa enables multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and magnesium ion binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including actomyosin structure organization; protein phosphorylation; and regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 114116; UniProt: O54874; Chromosome location: 13q26
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
