SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cdk11b (cyclin-dependent kinase 11B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cdk11b qPCR Primer Set – cyclin-dependent kinase 11B
Also known as: Cdc2l1, Cdk11
About this gene: Cdk11b is predicted to enable ATP binding activity and protein serine/threonine kinase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including RNA polymerase II promoter clearance; protein phosphorylation; and regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, centromeric; negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway; and regulation of mitotic nuclear division.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 252879; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
