SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cd3e (CD3 epsilon subunit of T-cell receptor complex) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cd3e qPCR Primer Set – CD3 epsilon subunit of T-cell receptor complex
About this gene: Cd3e is predicted to enable transmembrane signaling receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell surface receptor signaling pathway and positive thymic T cell selection. Predicted to be active in external side of plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 315609; Chromosome location: 8q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
