SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cct5 (chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 5, also called CCT-epsilon) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Cct5 qPCR Primer Set – chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 5
About this gene: Cct5 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including G-protein beta-subunit binding activity; beta-tubulin binding activity; and mRNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein folding; protein stabilization; and response to virus. It is predicted to act upstream of or within binding activity of sperm to zona pellucida.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 294864; UniProt: Q68FQ0; Chromosome location: 2q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
