SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Acly (ATP citrate lyase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Acly qPCR Primer Set – ATP citrate lyase
Also known as: ACL, Clatp
About this gene: Acly enables ATP citrate synthase activity. It is involved in acetyl-CoA metabolic process and oxoacid metabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24159; UniProt: P16638; Chromosome location: 10q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
