SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Micu1 (mitochondrial calcium uptake 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Micu1 qPCR Primer Set – mitochondrial calcium uptake 1
Also known as: Cbara1
About this gene: Micu1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including calcium channel inhibitor activity; calcium ion sensor activity; and protein heterodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including calcium ion transport; cellular response to calcium ion starvation; and positive regulation of cristae formation. Predicted to be active in mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 365567; UniProt: Q6P6Q9; Chromosome location: 20q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
