SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cars1 (cysteinyl-tRNA synthetase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cars1 qPCR Primer Set – cysteinyl-tRNA synthetase 1
Also known as: Cars
About this gene: Cars1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; cysteine-tRNA ligase activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in cysteinyl-tRNA aminoacylation. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 293638; Chromosome location: 1q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
