SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Calcb (calcitonin-related polypeptide, beta, also called CGRP2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Calcb qPCR Primer Set – calcitonin-related polypeptide, beta
Also known as: CGRP-II, CGRP2
About this gene: Calcb is predicted to enable calcitonin receptor binding activity and hormone activity. It is predicted to be involved in adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor signaling pathway; and regulation of cytosolic calcium ion concentration. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171519; UniProt: P10093; Chromosome location: 1q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
