SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Asic3 (acid sensing ion channel subunit 3, also called DRASIC) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Asic3 qPCR Primer Set – acid sensing ion channel subunit 3
Also known as: Accn3
About this gene: Asic3 enables pH-gated calcium channel activity and pH-gated sodium channel activity. It is involved in detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain; membrane depolarization; and monoatomic ion transmembrane transport. It acts upstream of or within response to acidic pH and sodium ion transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 286920; UniProt: O35240; Chromosome location: 4q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
