SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cacnb1 (calcium voltage-gated channel auxiliary subunit beta 1, also called CAB1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cacnb1 qPCR Primer Set – calcium voltage-gated channel auxiliary subunit beta 1
Also known as: CAB1
About this gene: Cacnb1 enables multiple functions, including identical protein binding activity; phosphoprotein binding activity; and protein kinase binding activity. Contributes to voltage-gated calcium channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to amyloid-beta; chemical synaptic transmission; and regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transport via high voltage-gated calcium channel.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50688; UniProt: P54283; Chromosome location: 10q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
