SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cacna1g (calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 G) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cacna1g qPCR Primer Set – calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 G
About this gene: Cacna1g enables low voltage-gated calcium channel activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including artery smooth muscle contraction; calcium ion transport; and cellular response to dexamethasone stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29717; Chromosome location: 10q26
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
