SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Parp1 (poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Parp1 qPCR Primer Set – poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1
Also known as: ARTD1, Adprt, Parp-1
About this gene: Enables several functions, including NAD+ poly-ADP-ribosyltransferase activity; R-SMAD binding activity; and enzyme binding activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to amyloid-beta; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of intracellular signal transduction. Located in nucleus. Used to study congestive heart failure; middle cerebral artery infarction; and transient cerebral ischemia. Biomarker of several diseases, including borna disease; cerebrovascular disease (multiple); kidney failure; perinatal necrotizing enterocolitis; and ureteral obstruction. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including arthritis; asthma; bacterial meningitis; neurodegenerative disease (multiple); and stomach carcinoma. Orthologous to human PARP1 (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1).
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25591; Chromosome location: 13q26
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
