Biomarker of several diseases, including artery disease (multiple); calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis; iron deficiency anemia; membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis; and ureteral obstruction. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis; membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis; and spondylometaphyseal dysplasia corner fracture type. What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
