SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ldha (lactate dehydrogenase A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Ldha qPCR Primer Set – lactate dehydrogenase A
Also known as: CDK1, Ldh1
About this gene: Enables several functions, including L-lactate dehydrogenase (NAD+) activity; NAD binding activity; and identical protein binding activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to phorbol 13-acetate 12-myristate; response to cAMP; and response to estrogen. Predicted to be located in sperm fibrous sheath. Predicted to be active in cytosol and mitochondrion. Biomarker of hyperglycemia and hypertension. Orthologous to human LDHA (lactate dehydrogenase A).
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24533; Chromosome location: 1q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
