SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Nlrp3 (NLR family, pyrin domain containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Nlrp3 qPCR Primer Set – NLR family, pyrin domain containing 3
Also known as: Cias1
About this gene: Nlrp3 is predicted to enable several functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; anion binding activity; and cysteine-type endopeptidase activator activity. It is involved in response to ethanol and is predicted to be part of the NLRP3 inflammasome complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 287362; Chromosome location: 10q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
