SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Acadsb (acyl-CoA dehydrogenase, short/branched chain, also called SBCAD) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Acadsb qPCR Primer Set – acyl-CoA dehydrogenase, short/branched chain
About this gene: Acadsb enables electron transfer activity and short-chain fatty acyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity. It acts upstream of or within acyl-CoA metabolic process. Predicted to be active in mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25618; UniProt: P70584; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
