SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bnc2 (basonuclin zinc finger protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bnc2 qPCR Primer Set – basonuclin zinc finger protein 2
About this gene: Bnc2 is predicted to enable rDNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of DNA-templated transcription. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including endochondral bone growth; roof of mouth development; and tongue development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 298189; Chromosome location: 5q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
