SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ube2g1 (ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2G 1, also called UBC7) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ube2g1 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2G 1
Also known as: Ubc7
About this gene: Ube2g1 enables ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; protein K48-linked ubiquitination; and protein K63-linked ubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64631; UniProt: P62255; Chromosome location: 10q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
