SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ube2c (ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2C) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ube2c qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2C
About this gene: Ube2c is predicted to enable ubiquitin conjugating enzyme activity and ubiquitin-like protein ligase binding activity. Predicted to contribute to ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process; positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition; and protein polyubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 296368; Chromosome location: 3q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
