SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ube2b (ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2B, also called HR6B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ube2b qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2B
Also known as: HR6B
About this gene: Ube2b is predicted to enable ubiquitin conjugating enzyme activity and ubiquitin protein ligase binding activity. It is involved in cellular response to insulin stimulus; response to hypoxia; and ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81816; UniProt: P63149; Chromosome location: 10q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
