SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Acad9 (acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family, member 9) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Acad9 qPCR Primer Set – acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family, member 9
Also known as: ACAD-9, Nyggf2
About this gene: Acad9 is predicted to enable acyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity and protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in long-chain fatty acid metabolic process; medium-chain fatty acid metabolic process; and mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 294973; UniProt: B1WC61; Chromosome location: 2q25
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
