SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Tmem106b (transmembrane protein 106B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Tmem106b qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 106B
Also known as: LRRGT00101
About this gene: Tmem106b is predicted to enable ATPase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including dendrite morphogenesis; lysosome localization; and lysosome organization. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including lysosomal lumen acidification; lysosomal protein catabolic process; and positive regulation of dendrite development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 312132; UniProt: Q6AYA5; Chromosome location: 4q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
