SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Tigd5 (tigger transposable element derived 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Tigd5 qPCR Primer Set – tigger transposable element derived 5
About this gene: Tigd5 is predicted to enable DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in animal organ development; central nervous system formation; and segment specification. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 300034; UniProt: B1WC39; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
