SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Tgfa (transforming growth factor alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Tgfa qPCR Primer Set – transforming growth factor alpha
Also known as: RATTGFAA, TGFAA
About this gene: Tgfa enables epidermal growth factor receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including hepatocyte proliferation; negative regulation of apoptotic process; and positive regulation of cell population proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24827; UniProt: P01134; Chromosome location: 4q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
