SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bcl6 (BCL6, transcription repressor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bcl6 qPCR Primer Set – BCL6, transcription repressor
About this gene: Bcl6 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including DNA binding activity; DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; and transcription corepressor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of regulatory T cell differentiation; regulation of gene expression; and type 2 immune response. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including hemopoiesis; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of lymphocyte activation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 303836; Chromosome location: 11q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
