SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Srpra (SRP receptor subunit alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Srpra qPCR Primer Set – SRP receptor subunit alpha
Also known as: Srpr
About this gene: Srpra is predicted to enable GTPase activity and signal recognition particle binding activity. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 315548; Chromosome location: 8q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
