SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Baz1b (bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain, 1B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Baz1b qPCR Primer Set – bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain, 1B
About this gene: Baz1b is predicted to enable histone H2AXY142 kinase activity and histone binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of mitotic chromosome condensation; positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III; and post-translational protein modification. It is predicted to act upstream of or within chromatin organization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 368002; Chromosome location: 12q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
