SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Basp1 (brain abundant, membrane attached signal protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Basp1 qPCR Primer Set – brain abundant, membrane attached signal protein 1
Also known as: NAP22
About this gene: Basp1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including calmodulin binding activity; transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity; and transcription corepressor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription; podocyte differentiation; and protein homooligomerization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64160; UniProt: Q05175; Chromosome location: 2q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
