SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat B4galt5 (beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat B4galt5 qPCR Primer Set – beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase 5
About this gene: B4galt5 is predicted to enable N-acetyllactosamine synthase activity and UDP-galactose:glucosylceramide beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including ganglioside biosynthetic process; neurogenesis; and positive regulation of embryonic development. It is predicted to act upstream of or within poly-N-acetyllactosamine biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362275; Chromosome location: 3q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
