SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp6v1e1 (ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit E1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Atp6v1e1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit E1
Also known as: Atp6e, Atp6e2, P31, Vma4
About this gene: Atp6v1e1 is predicted to enable ATPase binding activity and proton-transporting ATPase activity, rotational mechanism. It is predicted to be involved in synaptic vesicle lumen acidification. Is extrinsic component of synaptic vesicle membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 297566; UniProt: Q6PCU2; Chromosome location: 4q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
