Rat Atp6v1b2 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit B2

Also known as: Atp6b1b2, Atp6b2, Vatb

About this gene: Atp6v1b2 is predicted to enable ATP binding activity and proton-transporting ATPase activity, rotational mechanism. It is predicted to be involved in synaptic vesicle lumen acidification and vacuolar acidification. Is extrinsic component of synaptic vesicle membrane.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 117596; UniProt: P62815; Chromosome location: 16p14

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
