SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp6ap1 (ATPase H+ transporting accessory protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Atp6ap1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting accessory protein 1
Also known as: Atp6s1, C7-1
About this gene: Atp6ap1 is predicted to enable molecular function activator activity and small GTPase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including intracellular monoatomic cation homeostasis; positive regulation of TORC1 signaling; and synaptic vesicle lumen acidification. Is active in synaptic vesicle membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83615; UniProt: O54715; Chromosome location: Xq37
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
