SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Abhd2 (abhydrolase domain containing 2, acylglycerol lipase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Abhd2 qPCR Primer Set – abhydrolase domain containing 2, acylglycerol lipase
About this gene: Abhd2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including acetylesterase activity; lipase activity; and nuclear steroid receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including medium-chain fatty acid metabolic process; response to progesterone; and sperm capacitation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of cell migration and response to wounding.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 293050; Chromosome location: 1q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
