SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp5f1b (ATP synthase F1 subunit beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atp5f1b qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase F1 subunit beta
Also known as: Atp5b
About this gene: Atp5f1b enables multiple functions, including adenyl ribonucleotide binding activity; calcium ion binding activity; and proton-transporting ATP synthase activity, rotational mechanism. Contributes to ATP hydrolysis activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to peptide; cold acclimation; and response to 3,3',5-triiodo-L-thyronine.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171374; UniProt: P10719; Chromosome location: 7q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
