SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp2a3 (ATPase sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ transporting 3, also called SERCA3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Atp2a3 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ transporting 3
Also known as: SERCA3
About this gene: Atp2a3 enables P-type calcium transporter activity and calcium-dependent ATPase activity. It is involved in calcium ion transmembrane transport; endoplasmic reticulum calcium ion homeostasis; and liver regeneration. Predicted to be active in membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25391; UniProt: P18596; Chromosome location: 10q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
