SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp1a3 (ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 3, also called III) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Atp1a3 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 3
Also known as: Atpa1a3
About this gene: Atp1a3 enables D1 dopamine receptor binding activity and amyloid-beta binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to amyloid-beta; cellular response to retinoic acid; and metal ion transport. Is active in calyx of Held; postsynapse; and presynaptic membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24213; UniProt: P06687; Chromosome location: 1q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
