SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp1a1 (ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atp1a1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase Na+/K+ transporting subunit alpha 1
Also known as: Nkaa1b
About this gene: Atp1a1 enables multiple functions, including adenyl ribonucleotide binding activity; alkali metal ion binding activity; and ankyrin binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to mechanical stimulus; membrane hyperpolarization; and monoatomic cation transmembrane transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24211; UniProt: P06685; Chromosome location: 2q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
