SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atf5 (activating transcription factor 5) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atf5 qPCR Primer Set – activating transcription factor 5
About this gene: Atf5 enables multiple functions, including DNA-binding transcription factor activity; chromatin binding activity; and heat shock protein binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of apoptotic process; negative regulation of astrocyte differentiation; and positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 282840; UniProt: Q6P788; Chromosome location: 1q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
