SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Psmb7 (proteasome 20S subunit beta 7) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Psmb7 qPCR Primer Set – proteasome 20S subunit beta 7
About this gene: Psmb7 is predicted to enable endopeptidase activity. It is predicted to be involved in proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process; and response to oxidative stress. Predicted to be active in cytosol and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85492; UniProt: Q9JHW0; Chromosome location: 3q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
