SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Asns (asparagine synthetase (glutamine-hydrolyzing)) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Asns qPCR Primer Set – asparagine synthetase (glutamine-hydrolyzing)
About this gene: Asns enables asparagine synthase activity and identical protein binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to glucose starvation; response to aldosterone; and response to follicle-stimulating hormone. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25612; UniProt: P49088; Chromosome location: 4q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
