SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ppara (peroxisome proliferator activated receptor alpha, also called PPAR-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ppara qPCR Primer Set – peroxisome proliferator activated receptor alpha
Also known as: PPAR
About this gene: Ppara enables multiple functions, including MDM2/MDM4 family protein binding activity; NFAT protein binding activity; and enzyme binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including behavioral response to nicotine; cellular response to fructose stimulus; and negative regulation of cell growth involved in cardiac muscle cell development. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25747; UniProt: P37230; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
