SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Plpp3 (phospholipid phosphatase 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Plpp3 qPCR Primer Set – phospholipid phosphatase 3
Also known as: Ppap2B, Dri42, Ppap2b
About this gene: Plpp3 is predicted to enable delta-catenin binding activity; integrin binding activity; and lipid phosphatase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cell-cell adhesion mediated by integrin; positive regulation of cell adhesion; and sphingolipid metabolic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including Bergmann glial cell differentiation; positive regulation of peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation; and regulation of signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 192270; Chromosome location: 5q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
