SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Pik3cb (phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase, catalytic subunit beta, also called PI3Kbeta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Pik3cb qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase, catalytic subunit beta
About this gene: Pik3cb enables 1-phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase activity. It is involved in phosphatidylinositol phosphate biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85243; UniProt: Q9Z1L0; Chromosome location: 8q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
