SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cpq (carboxypeptidase Q, also called Hls2-rp) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cpq qPCR Primer Set – carboxypeptidase Q
Also known as: LAL, Pgcp, lal-1
About this gene: Cpq is predicted to enable metallodipeptidase activity and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in proteolysis; thyroid hormone generation; and tissue regeneration.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58952; UniProt: Q6IRK9; Chromosome location: 7q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
