SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Pgc (progastricsin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Pgc qPCR Primer Set – progastricsin
Also known as: PG1, Pg-1, Upg1
About this gene: Pgc is predicted to enable aspartic-type endopeptidase activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of antibacterial peptide production and proteolysis. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24864; UniProt: P04073; Chromosome location: 9q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
