SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Arrb1 (arrestin, beta 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Arrb1 qPCR Primer Set – arrestin, beta 1
Also known as: BARRES
About this gene: Arrb1 enables multiple functions, including AP-2 adaptor complex binding activity; G protein-coupled receptor binding activity; and arrestin family protein binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of GTPase activity; regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; and regulation of protein modification process. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and postsynaptic density.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25387; UniProt: P29066; Chromosome location: 1q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
