SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Pdgfra (platelet derived growth factor receptor alpha, also called PDGFR-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Pdgfra qPCR Primer Set – platelet derived growth factor receptor alpha
Also known as: APDGFR, PDGFACE
About this gene: Pdgfra enables phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase binding activity and platelet-derived growth factor alpha-receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to interleukin-1; lung growth; and positive regulation of branching involved in lung morphogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25267; UniProt: P20786; Chromosome location: 14p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
