SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Npm1 (nucleophosmin 1, also called NPM) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Npm1 qPCR Primer Set – nucleophosmin 1
Also known as: B23NP
About this gene: Npm1 enables multiple functions, including anion binding activity; p53 binding activity; and protein kinase B binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of apoptotic process; positive regulation of DNA metabolic process; and rRNA metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25498; UniProt: P13084; Chromosome location: 10q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
