SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Apoa4 (apolipoprotein A4, also called Apo-AIV) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Apoa4 qPCR Primer Set – apolipoprotein A4
Also known as: Apo-AIV, ApoA-IV, apoAIV
About this gene: Apoa4 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including cation binding activity; phosphatidylcholine-sterol O-acyltransferase activator activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in peripheral nervous system axon regeneration and response to triglyceride. Is active in synapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25080; UniProt: P02651; Chromosome location: 8q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
