SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Marchf5 (membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Marchf5 qPCR Primer Set – membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 5
Also known as: March5, Rnf153
About this gene: Marchf5 is predicted to enable ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein polyubiquitination and regulation of mitochondrial fission. Predicted to be active in mitochondrial outer membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 294079; Chromosome location: 1q53
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
